Cancellation and Refund Terms
An English translation of the Turkish cancellation and refund terms for raxads service fees.

This document is written for services in Türkiye. For Google Ads management abroad, the contract terms are sent to you in writing before signing.
Scope
These terms cover the cancellation and refund of raxads service fees. Because the Google Ads advertising budget is paid to Google, its refund is subject to Google's rules; we help you obtain a refund from Google.
Leaving the subscription
It renews monthly; you can leave with 30 days' notice. There is no penalty clause; the termination conditions are written in the agreement.
You give notice of leaving through the panel or by email. The service continues for 30 days after the notice; the fee for this period is paid, no payment is taken for the time after it and no charge is made to your card.
Refund
The fee for periods paid in advance whose service has not started is refunded in full. With annual advance payment, the fee for the remaining full months is refunded.
Top 3 guarantee: if we cannot get into the first 3 results on Maps, we do not charge that month's fee. Condition: in the measurement of a month after setup, if in a search made from the point where your business is located you are not among the first 3 results on Maps for any of your 3 target keywords, we do not charge that month's fee. The measurement rule is written in the agreement.
Refunds of card payments are made to the same card; they are initiated through iyzico within 10 business days at the latest after the refund decision, and the time it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank. Payments made by bank transfer are refunded to the IBAN you provide.
Setup fee
The one-time setup fee is refunded in full if setup work has not started. If work has started, the cost of the work done (profile editing, measurement, kick-off meeting) is deducted; the rest is refunded and a breakdown is given in writing.
Refund application
To request a refund, write to info@raxads.com with your customer number. We reply to the application within 3 business days; the outcome and amount are notified in writing.
