Cookie Policy

This policy lists the cookies and similar technologies used on raxads.com and in the client panel, with their purpose and duration.

This is a convenience translation. The Turkish text is the legally binding version and prevails in case of any conflict. This translation is a draft pending legal review. Read the Turkish original

In short

We do not use advertising, marketing or visitor tracking cookies on raxads.com. There are only cookies strictly necessary for the client panel to work and a few preference records kept in your browser. That is why we do not currently show a cookie consent window; if we add measurement or advertising tags in the future, we will ask for your consent first.

What is a cookie

Cookies are small text files that a site leaves in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage), which do similar work, are also covered by this policy.

Cookies and similar technologies we use

These records are not used to identify you or to track you on other sites, and are not shared with anyone.

  • raxads_oturum: keeps you logged in to the client panel. Browser scripts cannot read it (HttpOnly). Strictly necessary, first-party cookie. 30 days; extended on each use, deleted on logout.
  • raxads_isletme: if you have more than one business, remembers the business you selected in the panel. Strictly necessary, first-party cookie. 1 year.
  • raxads_not: shows a one-time information note such as "Saved" after an action in the panel. Strictly necessary, first-party cookie. 60 seconds.
  • hareket: remembers your "Reduce motion" preference. Functional, local storage (only in your browser). Until you delete it.
  • hero-oynadi: makes the explanatory animation on the home page play only once in the same tab. Functional, session storage. Deleted when the tab is closed.

Third parties

Our site has no Google Analytics, advertising pixel, social media plugin or embedded map.

  • Cloudflare: Cloudflare, which protects our site against attacks, may set its own security cookie on suspicious traffic (e.g. __cf_bm, 30 minutes).
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: used in some of our tools to verify that you are not a bot; verification works under Cloudflare's own rules.
  • Google: when you choose "Connect with Google" in the panel, you go to Google's page; Google's own cookies apply there.

Code on our clients' sites

If they wish, our clients add a small piece of code to their own sites for the tracked WhatsApp link. This code does not use cookies; it keeps the Google click ID (gclid) of a visitor coming from an ad only in that tab's session storage (raxads_gclid), and it is deleted when the tab is closed. The site where this code is located is responsible for that site's cookie policy.

How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you cannot log in to the client panel; the site itself continues to work. You can also change the "Reduce motion" preference in the Settings section at the bottom of the page.

Changes

If we add a new cookie or similar technology, we update this list; we ask for your consent before a cookie that is not strictly necessary is added. For questions: info@raxads.com.
