An English translation of the Turkish explicit consent text for transferring personal data abroad.

This document is written for services in Türkiye. For Google Ads management abroad, the contract terms are sent to you in writing before signing.

What this text covers

When you register for the raxads customer panel, we ask for a single explicit consent: the transfer of your personal data abroad for the provision of the service. We do not ask for explicit consent for any other processing on our site. The full description of how your data is processed is in the KVKK Notice.

Data transferred

  • Identity and contact: name, email address, phone (if you provided it).
  • Business information: business name, address, services, opening hours, advertising budget and goal.
  • If you connected your Google Ads account, advertising and performance data.
  • Panel usage records: session and activity records.

Recipients and countries

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting of the site and panel, database, security. Country: US company; database in the European Union.
  • Google LLC: connecting and managing your Google Ads account; sending transactional emails (Google Workspace). Country: USA.
  • Anthropic, PBC: advertising suggestions with artificial intelligence; only business and advertising data is sent, no personal contact information. Country: USA.

Why we ask for explicit consent

Transfers abroad are primarily made with the safeguards in Article 9 of the KVKK: standard contracts determined by the Personal Data Protection Board are signed with our service providers and notified to the Board. For incidental cases where this safeguard is not available, we rely on your explicit consent. If you do not give consent, a panel account cannot be opened, because the panel does not work without these service providers; you can continue to receive the service via WhatsApp or phone.

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time by writing from the email address registered in our system to info@raxads.com. Withdrawal affects transfers after that date; your panel account is closed and your data is deleted or anonymised according to the retention periods (Turkish page).
